4. Custom and Personalized Products
Many Booked & Cultured products are made-to-order or personalized.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, wording, customization details, colors, and design selections before submitting an order.
Due to the personalized nature of these products:

Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or an error was made during production.

We are not responsible for spelling, grammar, or design errors submitted or approved by the customer.

Production will begin based on the information provided at checkout or through approved design proofs.
5. Preorders
Preorder items are products sold before production is completed or before inventory is available for immediate shipment.
Estimated ship dates are provided when available but are subject to change due to production schedules, supplier delays, shipping carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree to these potential timeframes.
If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated.
6. Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.
Estimated processing times provided on product listings are estimates only and do not include shipping transit times.
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, supplier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Event Pickup Orders
Customers selecting local or event pickup are responsible for collecting their order during the designated pickup period.
Orders not claimed during the event may:

Booked & Cultured LLC is not responsible for orders that are not picked up during the designated event timeframe.
8. Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
