ORDER PROCESSING
How long does processing take?
All orders are handmade and processed in the order they are received.
Processing typically takes 7–10 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
Custom orders may require additional time depending on design complexity.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes:
- 3–5 business days (Standard Shipping – FEDEX or UPS)
Shipping time is in addition to processing time.
Do you offer rush shipping?
At this time, we do not offer rush processing. If you have an urgent deadline, please reach out before ordering.
TRACKING
Where is my tracking number?
Tracking is emailed automatically once your order ships.
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us at admin@bookedandcultured.com.

LOST / DELAYED PACKAGES
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
Once an order is scanned by the carrier, delivery is no longer within our control.
If your package is lost, please file a claim with the carrier.
We will always assist with documentation if needed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Because our items are made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- Photos of the packaging
We will happily assist with a replacement if eligible.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For best results, wash garments cold and inside out.
Use low heat when using the dryer, or air dry to preserve quality and print longevity.
