Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Many of our products are made-to-order or personalized.
Custom and made-to-order products may require additional processing time before shipment. Estimated processing times are provided when available but are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before placing an order.
Preorders
Preorder items are products that are sold before production is completed or before inventory is available for immediate shipment.
Estimated ship dates are provided when available but may change due to production schedules, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through carriers such as FEDEX, UPS, or other available shipping providers.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Delays

Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address is provided:

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and requires reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
Booked & Cultured LLC is not responsible for:

Lost packages.

Stolen packages.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Delivery delays caused by the carrier.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate claims or investigations when necessary.
Event Pickup Orders
Customers who select local or event pickup are responsible for collecting their order during the designated pickup period.
Orders not collected during the designated pickup timeframe may:

Be shipped at the customer's expense; or

Be subject to additional handling fees.
Booked & Cultured LLC is not responsible for orders left unclaimed after an event.
