At Booked & Cultured LLC, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy for eligible items. This means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Include all original tags and packaging.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns should not be sent back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged.

The item received was incorrect.

The return is the result of an error made by Booked & Cultured LLC.
For approved returns resulting from our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label when applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@bookedandcultured.com and include:

Clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom or personalized products.

Made-to-order items.

Author collaboration or limited-edition products.

Event pickup orders that were not collected during the designated pickup period.

Sale, clearance, discontinued, or "Last Chapter" items.

Gift cards.

Digital products or downloadable content.

Items marked as final sale.
If you have questions about a specific item before purchasing, please contact us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or color, please submit a return request for an eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
